Terms and Conditions

Each training item has an expiry date and all training sessions that haven’t been used by this time will be forfeited unless applied for in writing or by email with a good reason prior to the expiry date. Training sessions can be made up during the payment period. If you use sessions up faster then your allocated time and run out, then you need to pay for a new set of training in order to continue. You can’t refund training that you have missed attending.

We recognize that privacy of personal details is important to our customers.  Personal information given to us is used only for business purposes, regarding signing in, subscribing and purchases.  Because of the nature of our business it is necessary to obtain personal information from time to time.  To get you the best result with your health and fitness we may need to consult with allied health specialists and will discuss treatment when appropriate. However we will not use this information in an inappropriate manner.  We give you access to your personal information and you can correct misinformation at anytime. It is important that our customers whom we do business with have confidence that we will handle their information responsibly and it is our policy to do so.

Important Information
To cancel any order, at which time, we will immediately notify this action by e-mail or phone, using the e-mail address or number/s provided. We will refund the balance of monies paid.
That all orders are subject to availability of stock and services.
To take reasonable steps to verify that the order and credit details are bona fide.

Exchange of products only within 14 days of purchase. Please call our office on (02) 9949 9735 and you will be offered two options for our exchange policy.
Option 1
Return the item to us and let us know what product/s you would like to exchange it for. Items must be in as new condition.
Option 2
Return the item to us and we will credit your account with the amount of the product/s less postage cost for you to use within 14 days of receiving the item.
Note: Items of clothing must not be worn for longer then to try on and fit balls must not have been inflated.

Payment Security
The Vivos Active online store provides redirects you to either your own online bank or Paypal for secure payments. There are two options when checking out:
1) Payment with Visa, Bank and Mastercard via the Paypal gateway.  You can use your existing Paypal account or simply choose the express checkout.
2) Direct deposit is paid into our NAB bank account using Internet, telephone or branch banking. Please ensure that you place your Full Name in the description when making your payment as this will be essential for us to trace your payment.
As soon as funds are cleared we will process request (Please note it can take up to 48 hours for your payment to show in our bank account).

Training is to be paid for in advance and is required within the first week of training period.

Products and training are all priced individually and are subject to change over time.

All clothing items have available sizes listed and if unsure contact Michael to arrange trying on sizes at training prior to ordering.
