A healthy option to freeze and have when cooking is all too much!
A can of chickpeas or bortolli beans or kidney beans (organic, low salt)
A bunch of your favorite herb (parsley, basil, mint or rocket!)
Grated beetroot (one medium bulb)
One Grated carrot
5 cherry vine ripened tomatoes (slice in half)
One tablespoon Sesame seeds and pumpkin seeds
One teaspoon grated ginger (or can buy ‘Herbies’ dried and sliced ginger slices)
A squeeze of lemon
Mix together and freeze in small containers, take out when ready!
