Hummus

200gm of dried chickpeas soaked overnight or 1 tin chickpeas
1-2 tbsp lemon juice
2 garlic cloves
2-3 tbsp tahini
1 tsp ground cumin
1tsp ground coriander
Pinch salt

Drain chickpeas and keep the liquid to one side. Place Chickpeas, tahini, lemon juice, garlic and salt in a blender and blend until smooth.

Add a small amount of the reserved liquid or water until you reach the desired consistency.

Serve with crackers, fresh bread or chunks of your favorite raw veggies.
