Daal keeps for a number of days fresh in the fridge, or it can be frozen.  
I suggest you make a big batch on the weekend when you have more time have some fresh straight away and then freeze some portions for through the week to use instead of takeaway food if you are rushed and can&#039;t cook fresh food.]]></description>
