Have I done any breathing exercises? Meditation? Progressive muscle relaxation? Yoga, Stretching?

YES NO Have I exercised today?
Have I done 10,000 steps today?
Have I done some toning homework?

YES NO Am I giving words of praise & encouragement to everyone?
Give and you shall receive, become the change you want to see in the world

YES NO Have I had some maintenance work this month?

Have I had a massage or adjustment ?


YES NO Have I recognised my efforts or rewarded myself?
As soon as you start making positive changes you are successful.
Stay on the path and you will achieve great things. Use a positive reward.

    I’m really supprised at my answers to the above questions. They really helped me learn what I’m doing wrong. It has helped me focus more on my health.

    Carmen I suggest that you print this page out and pin it up on the fridge or somewhere that you will see it daily! Write down a 1-3 big goals, then put in some sub goals for each big goal, and list at least one or two things that you need to be doing on a daily basis to help you achieve the mid and long term goals
