How Much Does Personal Training cost?

$80.00 for a one hour session. Get better rates by purchasing a package.

Where do you train?

Being mobile trainers we come to you! You may choose to train at a local park, or if you prefer in the privacy of your own home. (restricted to the Lower North Shores & local council restrictions)

What exercises will I do?

This will depend on your fitness goals, but generally they will include a variety of toning, strength, core and cardio exercises. We will show how to do all of the exercises safely and effectively. All equipment is provided. All you need is a drink bottle.

Will you prepare a program I can do during the week?

Yes. To obtain quick and effective results it will be necessary for you to exercise regularly in between Personal Training sessions. We will prepare a program for you as well as encourage you to attend our Group Training.
