Beach Fitness

A Beach Fitness class takes elements of the cardio and toning classes and puts them together and then makes it harder if we use the sand, stairs or hills around Freshwater. This gives the trainer the ability to push the fit people really hard and expose them to new types of training. At the same time if you are still new I can give you adjustments to make the training more achievable.

During the peak of summer when it is hot between 9-10 am sometimes we get in the water either at the pool or in the ocean and add in aqua exercises as well.
