My name is Michael and I am the lead trainer that takes the majority of training sessions.
On this website you will be able to find all sorts of training information, information about events, pay for training and services online, find recipes, health articles and nutritional information.
Vivos Active isn’t just about training. We promote a balance of training, nutrition, and preventive treatment. Why wait until something is sore to fix it? We look for the early signs and then refer you to one of our trusted allied health practitioners.
We organize an exciting event for every month especially designed to be fun, active and to get you to try something new. Like most training groups there will be fun runs, biathlons and triathlons, but we also take groups kayaking, indoor rock-climbing, for bush walks and other fun activities.
We like to teach while training but sometimes that comes better straight from the source so through the year there will be articles, hints and tips coming to you from our allied health support team through the newsletters, emails and posts, about how to keep your body in the best condition to help you to achieve your goals.
Something that I really encourage are healthy cooking classes. Our Vegetarian chef runs a healthy cooking class almost monthly.
Training is very important to us at Vivos Active, so we try to make training as achievable as possible which is why we have;

- Extensions to make up missed training,
- You can book by email, over the phone, or just show up
- A free week of training to come and try the training out, meet others who train, check out the location and talk about goals and how best to achieve them.
Our business is all about helping you to be active and healthy. We want you to achieve your goals and discover wellness along the way and how good it can make you feel. All you need to bring to training is a drink bottle and be wearing suitable clothing and shoes. If you wish you can bring a towel.
